What Copperleaf's homes ask for
Copperleaf is one of the newer golf-estate developments in this part of Centurion, and it shows in the glazing: contemporary, open-plan living wrapped around the fairway and the estate's water features, with large stacking doors rather than a run of separate windows. That volume of glass is exactly where sunscreen roller blinds earn their keep — cutting glare and UV on the big western elevations without giving up the view you built the house to have.
Double-volume entrance halls and stairwell glazing are common on the newer stands, which pushes most homeowners toward motorised or concealed/recessed systems rather than a chain nobody can reach. On the entertaining side, patios facing the fairway pair naturally with a folding-arm awning — and given how quickly a Highveld storm front can move through this part of Centurion, we fit those with a wind sensor as standard rather than an optional extra.
Estate guidelines
Like most golf estates in the area, Copperleaf has its own aesthetics guidelines for anything visible from outside the home. We specify exterior venetians and awning cassettes in profiles and colours that sit comfortably with the estate's material palette, and supply the documentation most HOA submissions require.
